Returns & Exchanges
At NekoLoot, all of our products are made to order just for you! Because we partner with print-on-demand providers, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements in specific cases outlined below.
How It Works:
If something isn’t quite right, just email us at info@nekoloot.com within 30 days of your purchase to get started.

📦 Returns: Items must be in their original condition and returned within 30 days.

💳 Refunds: Issued back to the original payment method once your item passes our quality check. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

🔄 Exchanges: We'll send out your replacement item once the return is processed.
What to Expect:

Email Notification: You’ll be updated when your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

Refund or Exchange Processed: Once approved, we’ll issue your refund or ship your new item.

Tracking Info: For exchanges, you’ll get a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email as soon as your new item is on the way. Most replacements are delivered within 7 business days after processing.

Your item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item, size, or design

There was a print error or manufacturing mistake
If any of the above apply, please email us at info@nekoloot.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

A photo of the item showing the issue

Your order number

A brief description of the problem
We’ll investigate and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
🚫 We Do Not Offer Refunds or Returns For:

Wrong size selection (please refer to the size chart before ordering)

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Shipping delays outside our control

Slight color differences (due to screen differences and print variations)
Because every item is made to order, we cannot restock or resell returned products.
Shipping Issues
If your package was lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot refund orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
